I created this website as a portal for my work in Computer Science. I wanted a simpler way to showcase my diverse skillset rather than just some public Github resources.

This site contains demonstrations/links to four different websites, twelve software programs split between PyQt5 and the .NET frameworks, a video game I created for my college thesis as well as other scholarly accolades, and letters of reccomendation from CEO of Infinity, Dave Wertz and Senator Ojeda for my work in cybersecurity.

I will be updating this portfolio as well, which is very exciting. Thank you for your visit!

About Me

Road To College

I started my path in Computer Science around the end of high school. Prior to attending college, I worked in IT at a small computer services company in Oklahoma, PCRx. I became obsessed with all things to do with technology. I spent countless hours tinkering, testing, and learning all I could about repair, basic coding, and user security. After PCRX, I was off to college where I learned a wide variety of programming languages, including IDE's, Object Oriented Design, and other tools.

I graduated with a 3.5 GPA at Northeastern State University, five Dean’s Honor Roll Awards, and most importantly, far more knowledge in a wide variety of subjects than when I began my computer science journey. Initially, after college, I wanted to go into game design. However, after networking with many different people within the gaming industry, I changed my mind about entering the field because most of the people with whom I met had lost their passion for both developing video games. Combined with the fact game development pays less than other programming and development jobs, I decided to pursue a different route.

Cybersecurity for the Ojeda Campaign

After a five-phase interview process, I found an incredible position with the organization, DigiDems, which provides high-tech support to congressional candidates around the U.S. I was responsible for securing all manner of communications and technology for my candidate’s entire campaign organization. I also was the lead Systems Administrator for everything within the campaign, and I was a significant participant in developing the campaign’s media. To prepare me for my role with the campaign, DigiDems provided training with top cybersecurity analysts at Google and Firefox, as well as with top echelon political operatives engaged in campaign cybersecurity, digital media, teamwork, and strategy.

My work on the campaign was a great success. Ours was one of the few campaigns that never suffered any leaks or other security/administrative damage because I was committed to working constantly (including around-the-clock when necessary – which often happens on a congressional campaign) with Dave Wertz, the CEO of Infinity Marketing. Post 2018 Election to the Present

I had two choices after the 2018 elections. Digidems offered me the opportunity to continuing working for them. While I am sure this would have been great, I was not keen on continuing in politics, and I was still relatively young! I had never traveled outside of the U.S. and I was ready to explore. As a result, I have been traveling the world for almost the entire last year. From a home base in Taiwan, I have seen amazing cultures, beautiful islands, and wonderful people throughout Southeast Asia. This does not mean, however, that I stopped working. My desire to learn more about all aspects of computer science continued and I have completed two very significant courses during this time: (i) a course on PyQt5 for software development in Python; and (ii) a FullStack Web Development course. It was during the course on FullStack that I became fully invested in, and felt I could excel at, this area if I am given the opportunity to do so.

As you will see in my letters of recommendation, when it comes to my work, I am all in. I take great pride in being a trusted, responsive and reliable member of the team – one who is committed to quality and timely work. I am now looking for the chance to be a committed member of a new team – putting all of my programming, development and security skills to work.
